It has been a dream of Paul Yarwood owner at Old School Jims, to open a gym mixing the best of old school and modern equipment.  Paul’s aim is to create a state-of-the-art fitness culture. With 16,500 sg ft of facility over 3 floors, Paul says don’t let the Old Schools title confuse.  With both the facility and a wide range of brands, Paul is creating a training environment and experience like no other. With over 180 pieces of the best equipment from a range of brands, Life Fitness Hammer Strength, Nautilus, Precor, Cybex, Watson and Prime Fitness then the facility offers everything under one roof. Old School Jim's is also a Hammer Strength Training facility and has Staffs Fitness have recently installed Prime Fitness equipment to make Old School Gyms a Prime Fitness Official Performance Centre.   Old School Jim's is now an accredited Prime Fitness Performance Centre.
