With the ambition of having the best fitness equipment in the world that is accessible to everyone, owner Phil and his team have recently completed an upgrade to their facility, redesigning the space and filling it with premium brands.

They not only offer state of the art equipment, but also provide a comfortable, friendly environment suitable for all ages, male and female.
