Our Approach

At Staffs Fitness we provide a comprehensive design service for Commercial Gyms, PT Fitness Studios and Home Gym Projects across the UK and Europe.

Our services include 3D Gym Design, Planning, Flooring, Gym Equipment, Servicing & Maintenance Contracts.

Our Process

Consultation

Initial virtual or face to face meeting where we discuss your fitness goals and aspirations. We will talk through the ideas for your space, what is staying, what equipment needs to be recycled/reused, your training preferences, member and what budget you have available for the project.

We’ll take the time to answer any questions you may have, and guide you in this initial phase.

Measurements

We will ask you to provide us with measurement’s or plans of your gym area. Having a clear understanding of the type of gym and the people using it is key to the design process.

Gym Design

We will begin to map out your new gym design using the measurements or plans you have provided to us. We plan your gym design and installation around the space available.

Gym Layout & Equipment

Once we have finalised the plans for your gym and rendered these in our 3D software, we will then begin to place the equipment based upon our initial discussions and your preferred brands of fitness and strength equipment.

Once completed we will provide a selection of visuals and a 3D walkthrough to you.

Final Touches

In this final stage we will make any changes you require and finalise the design with you. Once confirmed our sales team will raise the order and liaise with our installation engineers to confirm an installation date.

Congratulations

Our highly trained team of installation engineers arrive on the date given to you and install your equipment using the visuals and 3D walkthrough as an installation guide.
