It is essential that Key Stage 3 & Key Stage 4 pupils are able to participate in regular physical exercise. Through a combination of cardiovascular, strength and stretching exercises, students are able to widen their experience, develop their interest and gain a better understanding of a healthy and active lifestyle.

The Secondary School Outdoor Exercise Package consists of six pieces of euqipment to encourage students make informed choices in their physical health:
