The MYO Strength Technique Box Set provides a stable raised platform for practising Olympic lifts and barbell movements from a range of starting positions. It allows athletes to concentrate on bar path, positioning and movement quality while working with weight.

Four Adjustable Heights

Each set includes four plywood box sections with individual heights of 5.7cm, 15.2cm, 30.4cm and 38.1cm. The sections can be combined to create different working heights depending on the exercise, athlete and training objective.

Pair Configuration

The product is supplied as a pair, providing one complete box stack for each end of the barbell. This creates an even lifting position for technique drills, block pulls and Olympic lifting variations.
