The Life Fitness Axiom Series Leg Curl uses a prone knee-flexion movement to strengthen the hamstrings. The supported position helps users concentrate on the working muscles throughout each repetition.

Greater hamstring contraction

The prone training position allows the hamstrings to move freely through the exercise range. This supports a strong contraction with less unnecessary body movement.

Adjustable tibia support

The padded lower-leg support adjusts to accommodate users of different heights and leg lengths. Correct positioning helps the roller sit securely above the ankle during the curl.

Reduced lower-back stress

The hip and chest pads sit at diverging angles. This positioning supports the torso and helps reduce strain on the lower back while the knees flex against resistance.

Progressive resistance

The selectorised weight stack supports quick resistance changes for warm-ups, strength-focused sets and higher-repetition hamstring training. The integrated increment weight allows smaller increases between the main stack settings.
