Dynamic Force Works Gluteator 2.0
£5,400.00 (£4,500.00 HT).
Build stronger glutes with this specialist plate-loaded machine, combining hip extension and abduction to train the gluteus maximus, medius and minimus through biomechanically engineered multi-planar movement.
Specialist glute training
The Gluteator 2.0 is a specialist plate-loaded glute machine for focused glute development. Its seated position supports the upper body while the legs drive outwards and backwards against resistance.
Three-dimensional movement
Rather than moving only from side to side, the machine combines hip abduction with hip extension. As a result, each repetition follows a coordinated multi-planar path that keeps the glutes working while reducing unnecessary lower-back movement.
Adjustable starting position
Before training, users can pull the adjustment pin and position the leg pads around their body. This creates a secure and comfortable starting point for different body sizes and ranges of movement.
Plate-loaded resistance
Olympic plates slide onto the side weight horns, so users can adjust the resistance to match their strength and training goals. For balanced performance, load both sides evenly.
Commercial construction
The heavy-duty steel frame, durable upholstery and solid stainless-steel contact points support regular use in commercial gyms, strength facilities and performance training spaces.

How to use The Gluteator

- Sit fully back in the seat with your back supported by the pad.
- Fasten the seat belt securely across your waist.
- Place your feet on the supports and position your legs against the pads.
- Pull the adjustment pin and move the leg pads until both legs are centred and comfortable.
- Release the pin and check that it is securely locked into position.
- Hold the handles and keep your upper body firmly against the back pad.
- Push your legs outwards and backwards slowly against the resistance.
- Hold the outer position for approximately two seconds while contracting the glutes.
- Bring your legs back towards the centre slowly and under control.
- Repeat for the required number of repetitions.
- When finished, return the leg pads to the centre and allow the machine to come to a complete stop.
- Unfasten the seat belt, reset the adjustment pin if required and carefully exit the seat.
- Remove the weight plates after use where required.
Important: Keep each repetition controlled and do not allow the resistance to pull the legs rapidly back towards the centre.
