The independently moving handles provide progressive resistance via the sliding pulley assembly. From a standing upright row to a squat to single arm press with rotation, the swivelling pulleys and extensive cable travel lets users move freely through nearly any movement pattern.
BUILD RESISTANCE THROUGH THE MOTION
Swivelling pulley slides along a guide, changing the angle of the movement offering progressive resistance that increases through the motion.
