Built for Demanding Strength Training

The Attack Strength Olympic Solid Rubber Bumper Plates are made from premium solid rubber to provide dependable performance across Olympic lifting, deadlifts and functional strength training. Their shock-absorbing construction helps reduce impact, noise and wear during regular use.

Consistent 450mm Diameter

Every plate in the range uses a 450mm diameter in line with standard Olympic bumper plate dimensions, giving the bar a consistent starting position regardless of the weight selected.

Low-Bounce Construction

The dense solid rubber design helps minimise bounce when the bar returns to the floor, improving stability and control during repeated lifts.

Reinforced Olympic Centre

A reinforced steel centre with bronze sleeve allows smooth loading onto Olympic barbells while helping protect both the plate and bar sleeve during demanding training.
