Antony’s ambition is not only to educate the general public in how to achieve the body they always dreamed of but to show them how this is a sustainable process without losing all the good things in life such as an ice cream with the kids, a glass of wine with the other half or having family pizza night. Carbs aren’t bad, weights won’t make you bulky and you don’t have to starve yourself to achieve amazing RESULTS.
Antony is friendly, approachable, knowledgeable but most of all passionate and driven in his love for helping people. Antony works with customers who are looking to transform their body, improve mental health or productivity at work while not hindering social or family life.

The guys at RAF Alconbury take fitness very seriously and have a fitness centre consisting of a basketball/volleyball court, two racquetball courts, a weight room that contains state-of-the-art equipment, a strength room with selectorized equipment and cardiovascular room, men’s and women’s locker rooms (each with a sauna), two softball fields, three tennis courts with outdoor basketball court, and a football field surrounded by an all-weather running track.
