The MYO Strength Olympic Lifting Platform provides a dedicated training area for Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting and heavy barbell work. Its combination of a solid oak centre and high-impact rubber drop zones gives lifters a stable central surface while helping absorb the impact of dropped weights.

Solid Oak Centre

The central solid oak insert provides a firm and consistent surface underfoot, creating a defined lifting area for technical movements such as cleans, snatches, jerks and deadlifts.

Impact-Absorbing Drop Zones

Heavy-duty rubber sections sit either side of the wooden centre to absorb impact from loaded barbells. This helps reduce vibration, noise and direct impact on the surrounding gym floor and equipment.

Heavy-Duty Steel Frame

A strong steel frame surrounds the platform perimeter, holding the lifting surfaces securely in position and providing a durable finished edge suitable for demanding training environments.

Three Platform Sizes

Choose from 3m x 1.5m, 3m x 2m or 3m x 3m configurations to suit the available training space. Different oak insert dimensions and thicknesses are also available.
