Focused back training
The Life Fitness Insignia Pulldown provides a stable and controlled way to develop the back and arms. Its supported seated position helps users maintain consistent posture throughout each repetition.
Independent arm movement
Each movement arm operates independently, allowing both sides of the upper body to work without being mechanically linked. This supports balanced strength development and provides the option to train one arm at a time.
Natural diverging motion
The movement arms diverge during the downward pull, following a natural path that allows the elbows to travel down and away from the body. This creates a smooth training feel while encouraging a strong contraction through the back.
Progressive resistance
The 130 kg selectorised weight stack provides a broad resistance range for different users and training goals. A 3.75 kg Push & Pull incremental weight allows smaller increases between the main stack settings.
Built for commercial use
Part of the Life Fitness Insignia Series, the machine combines refined biomechanics with durable commercial construction. It is suitable for health clubs, strength facilities and premium training environments.
