Focused hamstring training
The Life Fitness Insignia Leg Curl provides a stable and controlled way to strengthen the hamstrings. Its prone training position supports the body while the lower legs curl backwards against resistance.
Supportive body positioning
The hip and chest pads are positioned at diverging angles to help maintain proper alignment throughout the exercise. This supportive layout also helps minimise unnecessary stress through the lower back.
Controlled curling movement
The guided movement path supports consistent knee flexion through a smooth and repeatable range of motion. This allows users to concentrate on controlled hamstring contraction without relying on momentum.
Progressive resistance
The 85 kg selectorised weight stack provides a practical resistance range for different users and training goals. A 3.75 kg Push & Pull incremental weight allows smaller increases between the main stack settings.
Built for commercial use
