Enhance your leg day with the Hammer Strength Plate Loaded Hack Squat (PL-HSQ) — a powerhouse machine engineered to help you build serious lower-body strength and muscle mass. The fixed, machine-guided squat motion lets you push heavier loads safely while maintaining perfect form and hitting a deeper range of motion than traditional free-weight squats.

By isolating your body position, the Hack Squat focuses on your quads and lower body without the need to stabilize the upper body or recruit other posterior muscles — making it a staple for any lower-body training routine.

Key Features of the Hammer Strength Plate Loaded Hack Squat:

• 45° Pressing Angle: Maximizes the transfer of loaded weight onto the user for optimal lower-body strength gains

• Adjustable Range Limiter: Controls squat depth, adds safety, and customizes each rep to your training goals

• Integrated Storage: Four weight horns provide organized, convenient access for smooth plate loading and unloading

• Smooth Linear Bearings: Hammer Strength’s linear bearing guide rods deliver an exceptionally smooth, frictionless ride

• Dual Purpose Racking Handles: Flip in/out racking handles enable users to set a preferred start/stop position and maintain a secure grip

• Line-X Coated Platform: Large, slip-resistant foot platform anchors your stance securely during heavy sets
