The Plan

The guys at Woody’s have been in operation for over 9 years and during that time Staffs Fitness have worked with them throughout to develop a community gym with a great fitness circuit, boxing and a free weights area. With the community at the heart of everything that they do, Woody’s cater for all ages ranges and abilities.  Recent acquisitions in the gym include a range of Myo Boxing Bags, a Stairmaster Gauntlet and pieces from the Attack Strength range
