One-piece soft rubber foot caps make the unit easy to move while staying firmly in place even if kicked.
Fixed, slip-resistant ergonomic handles ensure proper wrist alignment and user comfort throughout each rep. Like all Attack Strength equipment, the plate loaded squat uses a natural converging or diverging motion to replicate the body’s natural movement, maximizing muscle contraction and training effectiveness.
