The MYO Strength Olympic Cast Iron Plates deliver the traditional feel, durability and unmistakable sound of classic iron weight training. Made from solid cast iron, they provide a straightforward and hard-wearing option for strength facilities, commercial gyms and home training environments.

Built for Olympic Equipment

A 50mm centre hole makes the plates compatible with standard Olympic barbells, compatible dumbbell bars and plate-loaded machine pegs. Their solid construction makes them well suited to regular strength training and heavy compound lifting.

Easy to Handle

The deep-rimmed outer edge provides a secure gripping point when moving, loading and unloading the plates, while the durable black enamel finish gives them the familiar appearance of traditional gym plates.
