The ultimate modular rig setup, the MYO Strength HD1 Series rig is built to evolve. Designed to adapt with emerging trends and grow alongside your facility, it offers unmatched scalability and functionality – future-proofing your training space for whatever comes next.

The MYO Strength HD1 Series Free Standing Rigs are scalable, space-efficient solution for functional and strength training. Designed with 80x80x3mm steel uprights and 4-way numbered hole spacing, it supports squat stations, pull-ups, and attachments with ease. Ideal for facilities looking to maximise floor space without compromising on performance.

Available in 1 Bay (2 Station), 2 Bay (4 station) and 4 Bay (6 Station) configurations. This rig will allow multiple people to exercise at once and is compatible with our MYO Strength HD1 rig attachments.

Please note: This product is delivered flat-packed and requires assembly.

Important Information

  • The MYO Strength HD1 rigs must be bolted down before use
  • The foot plates are pre-drilled with 10mm holes, but floor fixings are NOT included and will vary depending on your floor type
  • If in doubt, please consult a builder in relation to your floor type and the best method of securing
