Magnetic resistance is easily adjustable via a 300° dial located at the base of the handlebar. Additionally, there is a CrMo 172.5mm crank and aluminium posts and sliders with step-less user assist adjustments.

Paired with the toe-caged, dual-sided SPD pedals is an ergonomic, multi-grip soft handlebar, with vertical and horizontal adjustments. The Life Fitness IC7 Indoor Cycle also sports a unisex padded sport saddle, also adjustable vertically and horizontally. The IC7 includes a dual water bottle holder on the handlebar, so you can easily maintain hydration as you workout.
