Description:

The Freemotion Plate-Loaded Squat helps encourage proper form through a smooth, natural range of motion thanks to its precisely curved platform. Designed for serious strength training, this machine offers integrated weight plate storage to make transitioning heavy loads quick and organized while keeping your facility clear of clutter.

A safety stop lever lets users easily set the bottom of their range of motion for a secure squat, while contoured, padded shoulder pads and back pad ensure comfort and stability under load.
