Built for High-Use Training Environments

The MYO Strength Olympic Urethane Plates combine durability, easy handling and a clean commercial finish for demanding strength training environments. Their polyurethane coating is highly resistant to wear, scuffs and cracking, making them well suited to regular gym use.

Easy to Handle and Load

The 5kg through 25kg plates feature an ergonomic three-grip design that makes picking up, carrying and loading the plates easier. The 2.5kg plate uses a more compact solid design without the integrated grip openings.

Olympic Standard Centres

Stainless steel centre inserts provide a smooth and durable contact point when loading the plates onto Olympic barbells and compatible plate-loaded equipment.

Versatile Strength Training

Available from 2.5kg to 25kg, the range supports progressive loading across barbell exercises, plate-loaded machines and standalone plate movements.
