The MYO Strength 3 in 1 Soft Plyometric Box can be rotated to provide 20″, 24″ and 30″ training heights. This versatile configuration allows users to adjust the challenge level without requiring several separate boxes.
Cushioned Landing Surface
A solid wood core is surrounded by dense foam padding and a durable vinyl cover. The softer exterior provides cushioning during contact and helps reduce the risk of scrapes and shin impact associated with hard wooden or metal boxes.
