Focused lower-back training

The Life Fitness Insignia Back Extension is designed for controlled strengthening of the lower back. Its seated position supports the user while the torso extends backwards against smooth selectorised resistance.

Five starting positions

A five-position adjustable start mechanism allows users to select a comfortable starting point and range of movement. This helps the machine accommodate different body sizes, mobility levels and training requirements.

Smooth progressive resistance

The 130 kg weight stack provides a wide range of resistance for gradual strength development. A 3.75 kg Push & Pull incremental weight also allows smaller adjustments between the main weight-stack settings.

Supportive training position

The contoured seat, back support and lower-body positioning help keep the user stable throughout each repetition. This allows greater focus on controlled spinal extension without unnecessary movement.
