HMP Exercise Package
£2,559.60 (£2,133.00 Exc VAT).
This outdoor fitness package covers users’ strength building needs, allowing them to target the main muscle groups. This makes it perfect for prisoners’ structured exercise activities.
The NHS recommends working on muscle strength at least twice a week. Hence, users can work on this equipment for exercises such as dips, pull ups, leg raises and chin ups; all the while taking in fresh air to relieve tension.
We have selected three multi-use, strength building exercise stations to complete the HMP Exercise Package:
- Chin Up Bars
- Double Pull Up
- Parallel Rails
Benefits:
- Each of the exercise stations can be used by at least two users at once making this a space saving solution
- Outdoor strength exercises improve focus and motivation as well as fitness
- These units are static, something which makes for safer, independent workouts
Sunshine Gym outdoor fitness packages create accessible exercise spaces for schools, parks, healthcare settings and local communities. The range combines bodyweight cardio, strength, HIIT and rehabilitation-focused equipment, with pre-designed packages that can be adapted to suit different users, locations and available spaces.
