This outdoor fitness package covers users’ strength building needs, allowing them to target the main muscle groups. This makes it perfect for prisoners’ structured exercise activities.
The NHS recommends working on muscle strength at least twice a week. Hence, users can work on this equipment for exercises such as dips, pull ups, leg raises and chin ups; all the while taking in fresh air to relieve tension.
We have selected three multi-use, strength building exercise stations to complete the HMP Exercise Package:

- Double Pull Up
- Parallel Rails
