The Attack Strength Olympic Competition Bench is a professional-grade flat bench press rack featuring a robust square-tube frame that delivers a bold, stable presence. Equipped with rolling-style barbell hooks, it allows for smooth lateral adjustments, making bar positioning fast and easy. The hooks offer 6 height settings to accommodate different arm lengths, while their compact design ensures barbell stability with a shorter lift-off distance for greater comfort.

The integrated safety arms also offer 6 adjustable positions and are built with a fixed, non-removable design to provide constant protection – even during unsupervised training.

An ergonomically contoured bench pad offers enhanced scapular and upper body support, promoting more stable and effective pressing mechanics.
