Focused chest training
The Life Fitness Insignia Chest Press provides a stable and controlled way to develop upper-body pressing strength. Its supported seated position helps users maintain consistent posture throughout each repetition.
Independent arm movement
Each movement arm operates independently, allowing both sides of the upper body to work through the exercise without being mechanically linked. This supports balanced strength development and single-arm training.
Natural converging motion
The movement arms converge as they travel forwards, creating a natural pressing path that follows the way the arms move during a chest press. This provides a smooth and comfortable training experience.
Progressive resistance
The 130 kg selectorised weight stack provides a broad resistance range for different users and training goals. A 3.75 kg Push & Pull incremental weight allows smaller increases between the main stack settings.
