Assisted upper-body training
The Life Fitness Insignia Assist Dip Chin helps users develop the strength required for dips and chin-ups. Its assisted movement offsets a portion of the user’s body weight, making each exercise more accessible and easier to progress.
Multiple hand positions
A selection of grip positions allows users to vary their chin-up technique and find a comfortable training position. The dedicated dip handles support controlled pressing movements for the chest, shoulders and triceps.
Progressive resistance
The 85 kg selectorised weight stack allows users to adjust the level of assistance to suit their strength. A 3.75 kg Push & Pull incremental weight provides smaller adjustments for more controlled progression.
