The Plan

Owners Steve and Mark took over an existing gum space and opened their facility in August 2021.  Since that time, they have completed a total refurbishment and transitioned their facility with an abundance of state-of-the-art equipment.  In addition, there has been a significant expansion programme, with Steve and Mark constantly reinvesting for their customers. TAB24 is a friendly gym with personal training, coaching and a sports massage clinic. There is also a fully equipped weights and cardio area. In recognition of their progress TAB24 will soon be becoming a Prime Performance Centre
