The Plan

Holland and Barrett take health and wellbeing seriously for both their customers and staff.

Not only do they promote healthy eating facilities at their UK HQ they also offer a fitness facility as a benefit for their employees.

Staffs Fitness were asked to refresh and upgrade the fitness facility in May 2025. With a combination of great brands, Attack Fitness, Myo Strength, Stairmaster, and Holland and Barrett branding, the fitness facility is not only functional but stylish.
