The Plan

Graftism Gym in Watford is a weights and functional training gym. The gym is split over 2 floors so there is plenty of space to workout in. - The gym houses over 2 tonnes in weights, Olympic bars, dumbbells up to 60kg, power racks and lifting platforms – There is a Functional zone with a TRX rig, battle ropes, weighted bags and a sprint track – There is also cardiovascular equipment in the gym with treadmills, cross-trainers, bikes, steppers. Make no mistake, this gym guaranteed to exceed customer expectations for members into weightlifting and fitness. Only the best range of equipment is present in the gym with Hammer Strength, Cybex, Myo Strength and Startrac equipment on offer. The culture of the gym at Graftism is based on:

Graftism believes that if you dream big, work hard, stay focused and surround yourself with good people you can achieve anything you want to... Graftism have recently worked with Staffs Fitness to further develop their gym and have replacement all their cardio equipment in a contemporary Black colour.  This has been located within their functional training space, creating a cool space to work out
